We loved everything about the hotel. It’s the perfect for anyone wanting a quiet luxury hotel on a beautiful beach. The staff were gracious, helpful, hospitable and professional from Check in to our departure. The rooms were very big! We also got an upgrade for our two rooms. My family is very picky about bathroom facilities and we were pleasantly surprise to have each suite with two full bathrooms, full balcony and a small living room. There were two pools with swim up bars and full drinks and poolside service. We loved that Golden Beach was less than 10 steps from the second pool on the newer side of the property where our rooms were located. There were beach beds with umbrellas on the grass between the pool and the beach that were free to hotel guests and there were additional beach beds with umbrellas on the sand on the beach that were available for a small fee. Honestly, we skipped renting the ones on the beach since the ones on the grass was less than 10 steps from the beach. You could lay at the pool and watch the kids swim in the ocean or you could lay on the beach beds on the grass and watch the kids swim in the ocean- granted we had 3 teenagers. The included breakfast buffet was amazing and included just about everything you would expect at the full breakfast spread with additional touches. We loved this hotel and really wished our entire time on Paros was spent there.

The Poseidon hotel is a little gem of a place. Right next to Golden Beach (which for me, is the nicest beach on Paros), the hotel was a little haven of peace and quiet (save for the herd of elephants who were in the room above us - see below for more on this - note that this was not the hotel's fault!). Two pools, a stunning restaurant, a pontoon to leap off into the sea - and all the necessary sun loungers and amenities - it really was a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was delicious (included for us) and we had dinner one evening on the terrace with a stunning sunset over the hills. Note - you need a hire car to stay here and to use it to explore the island, as this hotel is on the other side of the island from Naoussa (a must visit) and Parikia, and still a way away from Lefkes (also worth a visit). Piso Livadi is a gem with amazing restaurants. Drios also has a very smart new restaurant. You can even take the car ferry to antiparos! The staff were fantastic - so helpful with suggested restaurants and beaches and towns to visit. The hotel is undergoing further development so will only get better.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful grounds, very spacious room and bathroom with a balcony and gorgeous sea view. Loved the location right on Chrissi Akti beach (which is a brilliant beach for swimming and laying on), and with 2 pools and tons of sun loungers by the pool and on the grounds overlooking the ocean, there was plenty of choice of somewhere to lay in the sun even when it got super windy. Make sure you go to Stella’s taverna, only a few minutes walk from the hotel - amazing home cooked Greek food. The staff were incredible - so friendly and kind and helpful. They helped us rent a car which was dropped off to the hotel (and they don’t charge any extra commission for this). Massages were wonderful, we had 2 during our stay. The breakfast was great - lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, it was incredible and we were sad to leave. We would definitely come back!

I wish I could rate this hotel more than a 10. This was hands down one of my favorite hotels I've ever visited. It was definitely the highlight of our week long trip to Greece. Everyone at this hotel is lovely. They are all so friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed getting to know some of the staff - I miss them already! Everything about the Poseidon is so thought out and intended to make your stay feel luxurious. The breakfast is phenomenal with so many options and the staff remembered our coffee order the next day and brought it out to us before we even ordered. There are plenty of options for relaxation: spa, two pools, lounge chairs at the beach, lounge chairs overlooking the water, and two bars. We spent an entire day here our first day and didn't leave the hotel. The food was amazing and the drinks were delicious (highly recommend sipping a frozen strawberry daiquiri on the lounge chairs).

The staff was amazing. Pericles at check in acted as our personal concierge. He is so kind, and makes you feel like you are the Queen of Greece. Andres (luggage guy) and the two Giorgos by the beach are so attentive. The breakfast staff is helpful and so pleasant. Now let’s talk about the facility: beach access (check), beautiful pool (check). Spa and workout (check, check). Most importantly…stunning views. You need a car to stay here unless you want to just stay here -which you can. Please don’t go…lol…I want to make sure The Poseidon stays a hidden secret.
